Med Sync Program
Many of you are likely enrolled in our Auto-refill program, which is great because you don’t have to remember to call in your medications each month. However, we have noticed as people continue to get busier, it is difficult to make multiple trips to the pharmacy each month, especially because many of our patients live out of town. To help solve the problem of multiple trips to the pharmacy, we have developed a medication synchronization program tailored to our patients’ needs. Please know It may take a couple months to get everything filling at the same time due to unbreakable packages (insulin, inhalers, creams), controlled medications, etc.
To enroll, simply print off our synchronization form HERE. Fill out the form with he date you counted your medication, the number of tablets/ capsules you have for each prescription and the quantity you use daily. Bring it into the pharmacy and with this information, we can adjust the quantities we fill (short fill or longer fill) to get your medications aligned for convenient monthly pick ups.

Davenport Pharmacy is here to help. We offer vaccine consultations using the below form. We will look at your Washington State Immunization Information Record and a pharmacist will provide information on the vaccines recommended for you based on your age and chronic conditions.

Yes, we have a variety of packaging materials available for purchase, including envelopes, boxes, tape, and packing materials.

Do I need to have a shipping label?
Because we are a UPS drop-off location and not a UPS Store, you will need a prepaid label, or we can generate a label for you to purchase in store.

Does the label have to be prepaid?
No, the label does not have to be prepaid. You can pay for it in store.

Do you offer overnight package service?
Due to our rural location, we cannot process overnight packages.

Do you accept Amazon QR code returns?
