Part-time Pharmacy Intern
We are looking for an intern to work one to two weekdays (full or partial) depending on your school schedule and a couple Saturdays each month.
We are open Monday – Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. We have one to two pharmacists and 2 to 3 technicians daily. Intern duties will include – prescription processing (Rx30 is our processing system), filling prescriptions, giving immunizations, handling prescription transfers, and patient counseling (as appropriate).
We look forward to having an intern contribute to our team. In rural pharmacy, you will experience a wide variety of services offered including blister packaging, med set filling, pharmacy automation robot, home delivery, and collaborating with other community health care providers.
Hourly rate 19+ DOE, up to 3% matching IRA option, and accumulating PTO, based on hours worked. We look forward to meeting you and adding another great member to our team!

Part-time Pharmacy Technician
Davenport pharmacy has an opening for a part time pharmacy technician position. We offer a friendly work environment and flexible scheduling. Technician duties include data entry, claims processing, counting prescriptions, and assisting customers. Experience with Rx30 software preferred and CPhT preferred, but not required. Applicant must hold active Washington State Pharmacy Technician license or be a Pharmacy Technician Student with active Washington State Pharmacy Assistant license.
We are locally owned and offer a variety of services including blister packs, med boxes, medication synchronization, local delivery and a large OTC selection and storefront. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and creating a work environment that is well staffed and allows for work-life balance. We currently have 3 pharmacy techs who have been with the company long term, and this is a new position we have created due to increasing volume.

Part-time Pharmacist
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have community pharmacy and patient care experience. Davenport Pharmacy is locally owned and you will work with a friendly team consisting of two other experienced pharmacists & three skilled pharmacy technicians. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing exceptional patient service, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Davenport Pharmacy is open from 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday, 9am to 3pm on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
Duties

Review and interpret provider orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications.

Fill, verify, and dispense medications accurately while adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Conduct patient assessments and provide medication counseling & recommendations.
 - 
Provide immunizations and educate patients on medication administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
 - 
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive medication management plans for patients.
 - 
Utilize pharmacy software and electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
 - 
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
 
Skills
